Selling a business should be easy.
After all, a franchise or other turn-key business is a ready-to-go
profit machine, right from the start. All of this is true, yet
it is often quite difficult to find a buyer quickly, using the
more traditional means of doing so. In the meantime, you may end
up stuck running a business that you no longer have the time for,
or worse, have to shut down and continue paying a lease or other
'overhead'.
Listing your franchise for sale
on eBay is the most effective way to reach the largest number
of potential buyers. Cost-wise, newspaper and trade magazine ads
are a terrible bargain.
We are thorough and attempt to
present as much information in the eBay as is possible. Clear
abundant photos, MPEG videos, and detailed text assure you that
you will get the price you are asking. The more the buyer feels
informed, the higher the chance of an actual purchase. Unlike
other eBay sellers, we are able to provide UNLIMITED number of
photos and MPEG movies, also. eBay limits the number of images
to twelve, and does not even offer movies!
Of course, it is inevitable that
a buyer may wish to ask questions, or even visit the site(s).
We arrange this with you at a time that is convenient for all
parties involved.
Businesses without any Real Estate
for sale shall be listed on IslandAuctionAssist's eBay account.
Our fee for listing businesses is as follows: For transactions
NOT involving Real Estate: 1.35% for businesses with a total net
worth of up to 150,000; 1% for businesses ranging from $150,001
to 250,000; .85% for businesses ranging from $250,001 to 400,000;
and 0.5% for businesses with a total net worth over $400,000.
Business sales *including* Real
Estate are NOT listed on IslandAuctionAssist's eBay account, and
the fee schedule is the same as other Real Estate Creative Service
Packages offered by IslandAuctionAssist. (Please

We will, however, help
you set up the listing on your own existing eBay account. If you
do not have an eBay account, we will also set one up for you,
free of charge, and help you get familiar with its use.
